Dr. Nalini has led the development of MeritScholar Enterprise Learning Management system development since September 2000. She had assumed the role of the Requirements Manager in the development as well. Her team has successfully released various versions of the software under her leadership. The important milestones of Standards compliance (SCORM and IMS) were done under her tutelage. She has completed extensive beta testing and acceptance of the product by more than 25 companies over a period of more than 1 ½ years. The product was implemented successfully at several clients’ places. She leads the team's R&D efforts.  She is the founder of MeritScholar IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
